Teachers Networking, Teaching Resources

The Teachers Movement - Join the Movement Now
There are over 3.1 million educators, both public and private, administrative and classroom instructors, employed in the United States to guide, nurture and prepare children to eventually navigate the adult experience. Further, these same men and women intentionally or unintentionally challenge our kids to become self-aware and critical thinkers–this to enable them to be productive and effective as adults.
In other countries, there are millions of educators too. Singapore, Korea, Ghana, South Africa, England, Russia, France, Germany, China, Japan and more are serious about developing their young to be effective leaders. Education in the primary and secondary years is serious business, and post secondary college is all the more critical as it is the final stage of formal educational training.
The men and women engaged in guiding these structures are to be commended. We recognize that many of us, as educators, may not be appreciated or supported enough. Yet, we hold significant influence and power as what we do is critical to the progress of the human race.
It is my opinion that this site should be one that not only encourages you–the educator, but also provides the resources and means for us all to come together to find solutions to improve our planet. Together, educators coming together globally would change the landscape of not only education, but politics, economics and empathy.
Consider the fact that millions of us could do much more together as educators than we can do on our own. Whether we realize it or not, we need each other. That is what this blog is all about, bringing educators from around the world to talk, learn, serve and grow. There are no other underlined purposes than that.
Join the movement and let’s make a difference together as professional educators, because teaching is the greatest career on the planet.
Please read the first post as it will elaborate on our mission, vision and goals.
